Everyone loved them. Dry rubbed overnight in aluminum foil. Then grilled them in the foil for about an hour. Unfoiled and grilled with sauce for 2 minutes. They just fell off the bone. Even my toddler loved them!

The ground beef was delicious. After purchasing and seeing it, I was looking at the ground beef sold at the market, and there is no comparison in quality looking meat to what I purchased here. A little salt and pepper is all that I added to make an outstanding burger. Very tender beef without a lot of greasy fat.
Put some bbq sauce in some water and slow cook these babies in the oven for a couple of hours. Then take em out and brush on some more bbq sauce and finish under the grill or on the bbq. Very good.

Turkish Halloumi Cheese (250g)
A delicious, salty cheese. Add it to salads raw or cooked, or fry up some slices to go with your bacon, eggs, sausages, etc.!

BBQ Sauce and Back Rib Set!
The BBQ sauce is perfect for these ribs. Just keep layering it on. Very popular with everyone!
We have enjoyed eating the English and Irish sausages, but the herbs were a bit much for some of the family members. These plain sausages appeal to everyone. They are delicious, with what appears to be a simple combo of meat, fat, and salt and pepper. I just now ordered two more packages and will buy again in the future. And "bravo" to the Meat Guy for sausage week. Looking forward the the next one.
We cooked up a couple of these as a taste test. I say "taste test" because we've never eaten Italian sausage. Oh my goodness, these sausages are delicious. The amount of heat from the cayenne pepper is just right. I ordered two more packages right before writing this review.

The Meat Guy 100% Ground Beef (250g)
Despite being a bit fatty this made excellent meatballs for a spicy Italian spaghetti sauce. Dare I say "That's a spicy meat a ball" (apologies for 60s reference).
I bought these for the first time recently and was very pleasantly surprised. Either as a single topping or mixed with pepperoni the made a fine pizza.

KINSOU-DORI CHICKEN TENDERS (1KG)
These were very tasty and tender. I marinaded them and cooked them over a gas fire basted with Meat Guy Spicy BBQ sauce.
These have been a necessary part of my Easter pies for the last number of years. Delicious, a bit spicy and not too salty.
Even great just in a scramble.
