Is it delivered Frozen?Usually they are all Frozen products. We ship them Frozen. Make sure to thaw before use then cook.

Can I eat it Raw as sashimi?Some of them are super-fresh that you can eat as sashimi after thawing. Check products page for details.

Tasty Salmon
Bought this salmon two or three times now and it's been great.
Also just to mention that in another review I saw some confusion over the fact that it's farmed, in the "in depth" section it mentions "aquaculture" which is another way of saying that it's been farmed.

According to the label on the fish package I received, it is 'farmed'. That was not disclosed on your web site. If it could be a language translation problem, I'd like to know (English/Japanese)
Frozen Pangasius Fillet (1kg)
目玉焼きの白身に近い。
ソテーにして食べてみました。
味も食感も目玉焼きの白身に近い。ナマズと聞くと泥臭いイメージがあるが、臭みがなく様々な料理に使えそう。魚自体の味は個人的にはいまいち。
それと1kgとあるが、解凍後は水分がたくさん出て実際に食べられる部分は800gにも満たない。誤差にしては少々多い。

ナマズって・・・と思ったけど普通に白身魚！しかもあっさりしていてうまい！結構使われているお魚みたいで安心しました(笑)
