Are the Block Meats delivered Frozen?Grass-Fed Beef Block Meats are "Chilled" products. From exporting to manufacturing, they are kept Chilled which has higher freshness-level than Frozen then we cut them right before Delivering them Chilled to you. Through All Process, they are Never frozen!

Will it be Frozen delivery If I buy it with Frozen products?The product itself is never Frozen even when we cut. If you order it with Frozen product, it will be Frozen Delivery. It will be Half way Frozen while getting shipped on Frozen Delivery. Thank you for understanding.

How long does it last?Expiration Date is written on the label. Check it as you receive the package. For Chilled product, around it will last 5～7 days. Please enjoy it as soon as possible.

Can I Freeze it after it's delivered?Yes, you can. Cut it into your desired sizes, wrap it or put it in zip-bag then remove the air as much as possible. If you Freeze it in this way, you can keep it around 1 month.

赤身も付いてるので煮込んで食べてます。トロトロで美味しい。

Great price/performance
My family (2 plus a 4th grader) has one of these every month or a bit more often. We put it in the toaster oven about 21 minutes @ 650W, which gets the internal temp up to the required 49C-50C. Then we sear it on max temp about 90 seconds a side. This isn't what would would be USDA Prime in the US, more like choice, not super-marbled, but still an incredible dinner for 3. We often make a green pepper sauce (au poivre) or have it with a parmesan risotto. I've been buying them for a decade and will keep doing so.

Excellent flavor and tender. It was very easy to cut and cook this meat. The flavor was amazing and all my friends believed I was a master chef. I definitely recommend. For steaks, the 2kg piece is better than the 1kg. Easier to cut.

Huge taste out of a little package
This spice rub really adds an extra dimension to these cutlets. Cook in a pan with some olive oil and finish with a lump of butter. Amazing!
