Any Tips of enjoying Lamb / Mutton?Melting Point of Sheep meat is high, the fat gets really tough when it is cold. So, if it is the part with a lot of fat, eat it while it's hot. If you want it cold, leg meat is the best since it doesn't have much fat.

What is the Diffrence between "Made in Australia" and "Made in New Zealand"?From Australia, they are slaughtered at 6-8 months-old. Each part is big and has stronger flavor. From New Zealand, they are slaughtered at 4-6 months-old. It has mild flavor which is perfect for the first-timers or people who don't like lamb that much.

These are delicious and easy to cook. We buy them on sale and serve them for Good Friday every year. We marinate them and cook them in the fish grill or air fryer so they are nice and crispy.
