  • Q What is the Difference between Lamb and Mutton?
    A Lamb is baby sheep less than one year-old, which is tender and has less gamey-flavor/aroma. Mutton is grown sheep two year-old or older, often cooked as Jingisukan(Genghis Khan) which is marinated.
  • Q Any Tips of enjoying Lamb / Mutton?
    A Melting Point of Sheep meat is high, the fat gets really tough when it is cold. So, if it is the part with a lot of fat, eat it while it's hot. If you want it cold, leg meat is the best since it doesn't have much fat.
  • Q What is the Diffrence between "Made in Australia" and "Made in New Zealand"?
    A From Australia, they are slaughtered at 6-8 months-old. Each part is big and has stronger flavor. From New Zealand, they are slaughtered at 4-6 months-old. It has mild flavor which is perfect for the first-timers or people who don't like lamb that much.

OMG! The meat falls off of the bone!!!
I prepared my lamb shanks at 200C for 35 minutes in my air fryer after marinating them for more than 24 hours in some spices and red wine. It was incredible!!!! You will not be disappointed!
