Are they Cooked?Our Original Sausages and Original Salted Bacon are NOT Cooked. Please cook when eating. We also have Pre-Cooked Meat products, make sure to check the description before eating. Of course, we have cooked Ham and Bacon, too!

Will they be Delievered Frozen?They are Frozen products, so it will be Frozen Delivery. You need to thaw. Some products like Sausage Casing are Chilled Products, it will be Chilled Delivery.

The Cornerstone of any American Pizza...
This is the EXACT sausage for typical American sausage pizza. I've tried several other kinds but while they're all good in their way, they're not the "right" thing. When Meat Guy is sold out of this, we simply have to stop making pizza until it's in stock again. I've buying this about 12 years I think. (Before that Meat Guy only had 5kg bags, if I remember correctly, which didn't fit in our tiny freezer.)

We make home-made pizza 2-3 times a month--actually five small ones that fit in our 1300W toaster oven. We make a pepperoni-and-sausage pizza with onion and green pepper, like I used to order in university in the US, and a pepperoni-based "Diavola" (chili, raw garlic, gorgonzola and pepperoni). If Meat Guy is sold out of this, we just can't make pizza until it's back. I haven't found anything comperable anywhere else in Japan.
