Not just for Christmas!
Have had this the past few Christmas in Japan. The recommended glaze is easy and the block looks beautiful on a festive table. Very easy to slice when warm and suck beautiful flavor. Got one this year out of holiday season, did with roasted potatoes, then had the best ham sandwiches for a week. Look for the special, next time will get two!!!

A really nice item among the Meat Guy’s lineup are these grass fed beef sausages. They have a bit of a garlic accent, which I like. This is a good “otsumami” sausage, in my opinion.

Perfectly seasoned to be a bit spicy, these sausages were perfect on the griddle. Added some peppers and onions and ate as a main. Highly recommend.
