Bone-in's FAQ

  • Q What is the Difference between Lamb Rack and Lamb Chop? How many Bones are there?
A Lamb Rack is the Block of Bone-In meat that we cut Lamb Chops from. You need to cut it by yourself. But you can cut it however you want depending on what dish you make. There are 8 bones that means you can slice it into 8 Lamb Chops.
  • Q How should I cook Pork Back Ribs and Sauce SET?
A Use the Sauce however you like! You can marinate meat with it before cooking, spread it on meat while grilling, or spread it on meat after grilling. Each method has different taste, find the best way for yourself!

Great baby backs
I've purchased the 2 pack twice now. Really excellent ribs. Start mine in the oven and finish on the grill. Extremely tender! Moved to Japan from Reno NV, where they have a rib cook-off every Sept. Miss that cook-off, but at least with these I can pretend I'm there.!

OMG! The meat falls off of the bone!!!
I prepared my lamb shanks at 200C for 35 minutes in my air fryer after marinating them for more than 24 hours in some spices and red wine. It was incredible!!!! You will not be disappointed!
