Are they packed in small pieces?No, they are not. If you make them into smaller pieces, chop into small pieces after thawing. Then put them in container or zip bag while removing air as much as possible and freeze.

Does Grass-Fed Ground Beef contain Fat?We mince lean and fat at once, so it contains fat. The Ratio is Lean 80% : Fat 20%

Does Ground Chicken contain skins?No it does NOT.
