Lamb is a baby sheep less than one year-old. It has very tender texture and less unique gamey-flavor/smell of sheep. We have sheep meat with less gamey-flavor, so you should try it once.
ALamb is rich in good Proteins and has Low-Cholesterol which is close to Fish. On top of that, it has B Vitamins, Iron, Zinc, and Unsaturated Fatty Acid which decreases Cholesterol.
QWhat are the Features of The Meat Guy's Lamb Meat?
AThe Lamb we sell has less gamey-flavor/aroma! It is Thick and Tender, even kids and people who don't like Lamb much are big fans of our Lamb Meat. You can make the best main dish by simply seasoning it with salt/pepper and garlic.
QAre Antibiotics or Growth Hormone used?
AOur Lamb is slaughtered when they are baby sheep, No Antibiotics or Hormones are used on them.
QAre they Grass-Fed?
AThey are still baby when slaughtered, they usually feed on their mother's milk. Sometimes they eat. Even if they eat, they eat grass only.
QWhat is the Difference between Lamb Rack and Lamb Chop? How many Bones are there?
ALamb Rack is the Block of Bone-In meat that we cut Lamb Chops from. You need to cut it by yourself. But you can cut it however you want depending on what dish you make. There are 8 bones that means you can slice it into 8 Lamb Chops.

Awesome Lamb Roast
This lamb shoulder is the best slow roasted for at about 140 deg C for 2.5 hours. I usually turn it up a bit towards the end to its to get a bit of a crust on the outside. So good with some mint jelly (hey Meat Guy maybe you should be stocking Mint Jelly as well....?)
Its so tender and tasty. Recommended!!

Tasty and tender, could be meatier!
Delicious and tender, though a little on the small side. A luxury treat, but I'd love a little more meat on the bone!
