Veal bones (baby beef bones) for making your own stock. Comes in a 1 kg pack.
(*Please stop asking if these are "grass-fed". They are veal bones, from baby cows. Baby cows don't eat grass, they eat milk.)
Veal bones are best used for soups! Everybody knows that.
Bake them in the oven for a couple of hours, then simmer for a day or so, reduce, reduce, reduce. Beef bones can simmer for up to 48 hours, so you can take your time with them.
If you have a dog, your dog would also love these bones!
