3. Combine paprika, garlic salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in a plastic bag and shake to mix ingredients.

4. Add the chicken thighs to the mixture and coat.

5. Add to a pan and rub with melted butter.

After cooking, you can serve with your favorite sauces. We would recommend The Meat Guys special Naked Wing Sauce as a dip. Take a look at it in the related items listed below.

In Depth

The term Kin-sou, roughly translates to, Rich and Refreshing. Throw the Dori at the end of it and you've got a rich refreshing bird!
Japanese is quite easy once you get down to it.

Kinsou-Dori Chicken is raised right here in Aichi-Ken, so it's locally sourced.

You wont find chicken of this flavor at your local supermarket and certainly not for these prices!
Stock the freezer!

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and the type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪

  • Perfect cut
The inherent richness of chicken thigh meat, with its slightly higher fat content compared to breast meat, ensures dishes remain moist and flavorful, even with minimal seasoning or elaborate preparations. This cut is perfect for grilling, baking, pan-frying, or slow-cooking, absorbing marinades and spices well, and contributing to a depth of flavor that enhances any recipe.
  • Great Taste and Value
These days meat prices are getting higher, but these chicken thighs are still a good value.
  • Tender, juicy, flavorful and versatile
I've been buying these chicken thighs for many years now. I've never been disappointed. They're tender, juicy and they taste like...chicken. That may sound strange, but most store-bought chicken, which I do buy when I forget to place a Meat Guy order, seems flavorless to me. For those who keep kosher, or who just don't like pork, I make my own sausage by grinding the chicken thighs and mixing with a homemade sausage seasoning. Chicken mince breast is too dry to make sausage, but the thigh is perfect.
