I've been buying these chicken thighs for many years now. I've never been disappointed. They're tender, juicy and they taste like...chicken. That may sound strange, but most store-bought chicken, which I do buy when I forget to place a Meat Guy order, seems flavorless to me. For those who keep kosher, or who just don't like pork, I make my own sausage by grinding the chicken thighs and mixing with a homemade sausage seasoning. Chicken mince breast is too dry to make sausage, but the thigh is perfect.
