We made Grass-Fed Ground Beef into convenient-size pieces then froze separately.
Each piece is about 45~50g, and it's separate. SO CONVENIENT for cooking.
It is 40g more AND at the same price as the normal one.

ALSO, the bag has a "zipper"! Take as many as you need, then zip it back.

DESCRIPTION

Since many customers requested, we made ground beef 500g into convenient size pieces and froze them separately! You don't have to thaw them at once. Just use little by little.
Made from the offcuts when we cut our rump steak, strip loin steak, and rib eye steak.  

This is ALSO requested by customers. We put them in a Zipper-Bag! Take as many as you need, then zip it back to keep frozen!
It's easier to stock up in freezer. Have The Meat Guy Ground Beef anytime you want!

※Each piece is about 45g~50g.

《Beef Recipe: Variety Hamburger》
<Ingredients>
Ground Beef, Onions, Panko, Egg, Milk, Milk, Mini Buns, Lettuce, Mustard Sauce, Salt, Pepper
Korean Taste (Kimchi) Ingredients: Kimchi, Tofu, Gochujang
Teriyaki (Shiso) Ingredients: Shiso, Teriyaki Sauce, Soy Sauce, Mirin, Sugar
Italian Taste (Cheese) Ingredients: Mozzarella Cheese, Dried Tomato, Basil, Olive Oil

<Directions>
Korean: Mix meat with kimchi, dab-dried tofu, gochujang. Add salt/pepper then sauté.
Teriyaki: Put shiso on burger meat. Make teriyaki sauce with soy sauce, mirin, and sugar then fry.
Italian: Mix meat with mozzarella cheese, dried tomato, chopped basil. Sauté it with olive oil.
Add mustard sauce on mini buns, then put lettuce on the bottom and each hamburger on the lettuce.
