Description
100% muscle meat, no trimmings just pure ground pork. This is a coarse grind and is the same that we use for our sausages.
Due to its low-fat content, this is perfect for making your own pies, sausages, or anything you wish to make with ground pork.
We use extremely high-quality SPF pork, which is a very clean and residue-free product. We only grind fresh pork leg meat, package and freeze immediately.
SERVING SUGGESTION
This is pure pork mince. You can use it for everything you desire. Make your own burger patties, stuff all kinds of veggies with it and roast, use it as filling for tacos and burritos ... The possibilities are virtually endless.

パスタでもスープでも使えて便利ですし、肉の味がします。
最近のスーパーで売ってる肉は肉の味がしないものが多くなりました。
ただ、脂が少ないので、こってりが好きな人には物足りないかも。私は好みですが。 -
