As featured at the Australia Pavilion at EXPO. Lean ground Kangaroo. 

Compared to other meats,  kangaroo is high in protein, minerals, Omega-3's and vitamins. And it's much leaner than its counterparts made of beef or pork. Actually, it's approved by the Australian Heart Foundation due to its extremely low levels of fat! A very healthy and economical alternative, if you ask me.

Kangaroo Burgers anybody? 
There are many ways to use this. Kangaroo Mince is a great alternative for meat pies, bolognese, and meat-loaf.

This was the meat that inspired me to buy an entire kangaroo leg in my following order.

I think the only way to do proper justice to this outstanding meat is to write it in Strine.

I love kangaroo meat because it's low in calories but packed with protein! Use it in place of beef, these make excellent burgers as well as 'niku-jyaga' (meat and potatoes).
