Ground BeefI am a repeat and constant purchaser of the Ground Beef, it has become a staple in my kitchen. Because the red meat to fat ratio is 80/20, the beef doesn't get hard and it doesn't shrink when the fat melts. What is available in the local markets has a much higher fat content, so in fact you lose a lot of volume from the melting fat and the meat that is left gets very hard. Per gram this may be a little higher than what you pay in the local market, but is so much higher in quality and end result! I recommend that you switch to the Meat Guy ground beef for all your recipes, you will be very satisfied.

Hamburger delight!The ground beef was delicious. After purchasing and seeing it, I was looking at the ground beef sold at the market, and there is no comparison in quality looking meat to what I purchased here. A little salt and pepper is all that I added to make an outstanding burger. Very tender beef without a lot of greasy fat.
