旨味あり少し脂があり感じ旨味もありました。臭みは全く無い。ボロネーゼを作りましたが次はハンバーグを作ろうと思っています。スーパーの挽肉は脂だらけで買えません。250グラムの規格があると嬉しい。

うちの冷凍庫になくてはならないまさまさ2023/09/21スーパーの挽き肉は脂だらけ。こちらは主にミートソース作りに使っています。少し取り分けてなにも入れずフライパンで焼いてワンコのフードトッピングにあげています。（食物繊維としてお野菜をプラスして）とても喜びます。体の小さなワンコにあげても安心なお肉だと思っています。
