ヒレ250gリピート購入です。厚みがあるので調理用温度計を使いながら加熱しました。50〜55℃くらいのレアの焼き上がりが個人的には好きでした。

Filet MignonThe filet mignon from the Meat Guy was superb. Tender, thick, juicy. Very difficult to buy this cut of meat in a regular supermarket in Japan. Will order again!

So Tender and Full of FlavorI was worried that this filet would not cook evenly because it is a thick cut, but I browned it in a skillet first and then cooked it in the oven for about 30 minutes. It came out perfectly and was so tender. I highly recommend this filet mignon.
