バーゲン期間に購入ストックしましたお得な価格で購入できたので、複数個ストックしました。分厚いので、遠赤外線調理になる炭火焼きがおすすめですね。家庭内の通常コンロですと芯まで火を通すのが難しいので、表面焼き～追い加熱～アルミホイル包みで寝かし～再加熱といった手順で火加減を調整できますね。

A tender steak but a bit overwhelmingIf you are inviting people who are not regularly big meat eaters, this will either convert them because it is so delicious or scare them. Often some is left on the plate. So plan this for people you know to be big meat eaters.

さっぱりしてておいしい低温調理器→焼き付けていただきました。臭みがなく、やわらかく、とてもおいしくいただきました。ギトギト感ゼロなので、250gでもべろりと食べられると思います。リピートします。

小学生でもおいしさが分かる夕食に焼きました。スーパーで売っているお肉と違い変な匂いがなく、柔らかくて、小学生の息子も大満足です。
