初めて買いましたが当たりでした半分に切り分け黒胡椒のステーキにして食べました。びっくりするくらい柔らかい！そして分厚い。肉肉しいのがたべたいけど、硬い肉は嫌って人は是非試してほしいです。

So Tender and Full of FlavorI was worried that this filet would not cook evenly because it is a thick cut, but I browned it in a skillet first and then cooked it in the oven for about 30 minutes. It came out perfectly and was so tender. I highly recommend this filet mignon.
