The Meat Guy's ready-to-cook french-style Pork Orloff roast. Bacon and cheese stuffed pork loin.

We use our own Austrian smoked bacon and gouda cheese and our own spices. Everything is hand-made at our facilities in Nagoya, Japan.

The roast is compact and should fit into any 20 liters or larger Japanese oven. You can also grill it on the BBQ grill on indirect heat with a cover. For any method, we recommend using a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature has reached at least 65 degrees Celcius.

Please note that the images are showing a string. The strings are not included and are not required - strings just serve a decorative purpose.

Serving Suggestion

The roast will arrive frozen and pre-seasoned, so all you need to do is defrost it for at least 1 day and then roast in an oven for approx. 50 min. at 180 degrees Celcius.

Once done, loosely cover the roast with aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 min for juicier and tender meat.

This is very easy and recommended for any home party or dinner with friends.

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪

Good roast. Who doesn’t love bacon and cheese
  • Be careful if you have kids
Adults lived it but kids didn't eat it because it was too spicy. May I suggest you have a heat level so buyers can know if it's spicy or not. I bought it for Christmas Dinner and it was upsetting that the kids couldn't enjoy it
  • Great meat, but too much salt
The prep and cooking went perfectly and the meat on the inside was fantastic, but there was SO MUCH spice packed in and around the roast that it was way too salty. (The roast I received had a LOT more spice than pictured above.)
We cut off the outer crust and just ate the inside the best we could, but it was a shame for that much meat to go to waste. Maybe if there was the amount of spice as is pictured, it might have been ok, but the multiple tablespoons of spice packed into the cuts of the roast along with the cheese and bacon was just too much.

  • かなり美味しい
  • Delicious
Usually I'd be seasoning my own pork, but it was nice to just be able to throw this in the oven for an hour and a bit (crisped it up at a higher temp at the end).
Was really delicious. Perfect for my keto diet!
  • The Swedish Chef
Mostly good but have got one that I was too salty
  • Sybaritic splendor
It's almost unjust that something that tastes so good should be so easy to prepare. The seasoning was just right, and the bacon-wrapped cheese sections were great both in taste/quality and in the competent way they had been inserted into the pork loin.
I'll definitely be ordering this again; it's richly delicious and simple to cook. Great value for the price, too!
If you have a convection-type oven you might find that 65 or 70 minutes may be sufficient rather than 90; mine was tender and juicy and cooked perfectly at 65 minutes. Checking with a meat thermometer is recommended.
I put some foil atop the roast for the last 15 minutes or so in the oven to prevent over-toasting the cheese; your mileage will vary on the need for that, I'd imagine.
I also set the roast on a sheet of cooking/baking paper to make retrieving the melted cheese easy: since it doesn't burn onto the roasting pan surface, you can take that toasty runoff cheese and put it back on top of the roast while you're letting it rest before serving, where it should get just firm enough to be deliciously crusty.
Cleaning the roasting pan is a lot easier, too, but that's a secondary consideration.
  • まず美味しい。しかも簡単調理で見栄えも良い。

    美味しさです。 切り分けるときにはベーコン、チーズが

  • Pure Goodness
I wasn't quite sure how this one would play out, but I knew it would be great, and it was. My cooking time differed slightly as I use a Japanese microwave oven (had to cook it longer and cover the top with foil for part), but the combination of cheese, bacon, and pork was fantastic. The seasoning is also excellent. I will be ordering this one again after a few workouts. :)

I have ordered many things that I liked but this is the most amazing thing I have tasted in forever! So easy to prepare and sooo delicious! I am back to order a second one

Had this for dinner tonight, it was amazing! Loved the slightly spicy seasoning and the pork was tender and juicy. Did I mention the bacon and cheese? Heaven! The only downside was that I should have ordered two.

This was amazing. I sliced up some potatoes and onions, tossed them in olive oil with sea salt and cracked black pepper, and then put the roast on top in a baking dish. Didn't do anything to the roast and followed the directions (180c, 90 minutes) to the letter and it came out great. The only change I might make next time is to add some sage and rosemary to the potatoes, but this was a wonderful meal.
  • Too good to be true!
We've had this 2 or 3 times now and it is so SO good ,so easy, and real value for money! So good in fact, that I don't actually know why I'm letting everyone know.My family likes it with mashed potatoes and steamed veg or a green salad. And now I'm hungry;)
