DESCRIPTION
Meat on the bone just tastes better, the bone helps it cook faster and juices and flavor seep into the meat. Plus, if it has a bone you can eat it with your fingers!
Each bone-in chop is 200g. These little chops are perfect for grilling, just four or five minutes a side and you've got a main course ready.

Please do not eat the bone.
※Note that this product is NOT completely vacuumed due to the bone inside before purchasing.
SERVING SUGGESTION
【Grilled with Garlic】
・Heat some olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until aromatic.
・Season the meat with salt and pepper, then sear each side on low heat for about 4-5 mins per side.
・Remove the meat from the frying pan and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
・Dig in!
