Cube Roll Rib Roast Block 1.6kg:
Carve your own steaks or make a great roast. This is a super BIG block that always takes its rightful place as the centerpiece of any party. Meat always tastes better the bigger the block so cook it whole! Our recommendation: coat with our famous steak seasoning then throw it on the grill, first searing over direct heat then cooking off to the side.
PORK BACK RIBS 1.2kg:
Once you've gotten a taste for these they're hard to live without. These ribs are claimed by many to be the best ribs in Japan. Comes with two racks per pack! DONT forget our BBQ sauce. Also, these are from Chile. See the video below! (Please note that the ribs shown in the video are slightly larger in size)
Spicy Sausages 5pc:
We hand make these sausages ourselves and are sure you will love them. Our most popular version - Spicy! No Sugar! We use cayenne pepper to give these sausages their kick, they're not painfully hot, but spicy enough to kick in the endorphins. You'll notice below we've gotten a comment from someone saying these are the “best sausages” they've ever eaten? that's a real comment, we didn't make that up. We hear that a lot about these sausages. This friend of mine Jamie, a fat guy from Canada, he loves these things, he also says they're the best sausages he's ever had. And he's fat so he knows a thing or two about good eatin'!

豪快、塊肉！めー2023/06/09成人15人のバーベキューで利用しました。サラダやパン、スナック菓子などのサイドメニューがあったので、最終的に肉の余りが出ました。
とくに塊の牛肉は自宅で半分に切って低温調理し現場で周りを焼いてローストビーフ大成功！しかし半分焼かずに残ったので、自宅で赤ワインと数時間コトコト煮込んで美味しいビーフシチューに。バックリブとチキンレッグはマリネードして持参、こちらも大好評でした。
注意点としては、量が多いので冷蔵庫のサイズによっては解凍時間がかかるかもしれないことです。うちはスペースがなくて重ねて入れたので、前日夕方〜当日の朝までにほとんど解凍できませんでした。でも美味しかったです。リピートしたいと思ってます！ -
食べ応え抜群めー2023/06/08大人15人のバーベキューでしたが、スナックやサラダ、焼き野菜などと一緒に食べると、とにかく十分です。チキンとリブは前日から漬け込んで大好評でした。ブロック肉のサイズはほんとに豪快です、低温調理してから周りをじっくり焼いて美味しいローストビーフ になりました！が、半分残ってしまったので、ワインでコトコト一晩煮込んでビーフシチューにしました。これもとっても美味しかったです。
とにかく量が多いので、前日夜から冷蔵庫にいれて翌昼までに全て解凍することができませんでした。余裕を持って解凍するようご注意ください笑

A Whole Lot of Happiness (Meat)Mike2018/08/29In this kit, there is more than enough for the 10-15 people listed. The large cuts are big enough to slice into big steaks (I got 7 out of the beef). Everyone loved the BBQ we had during Obon when we invited 13 people. Everyone left with full stomachs.
