What are the Features of Beef from each country?Beef made in The USA is raised in a vast farm which allows them to have big-size cuts. The beef made for Japanese Market is raised eating corn or beans with good-quality which we call them Corn-Fed Beef. Corn-Fed Beef is tender and sweet. Beef made in Australia or New Zealand is raised in vast pasture which means they are mostly Grass-Fed Beef. The meat has more lean than normal meat and you can enjoy the actual flavor and aroma of beef. High-Protein and Low-Fat.

Which Cut do you recommend to people on a diet?Depends on how you cook and where the beef is from. However, Filet has Low-Fat and Low-Calories in general. Among beef-cuts, it has the least amount of exercise which makes it Low-Fat and Low-Calories with simple taste.

Which Cut is easy to bite for children and elders?Depends on how you cook, Filet is very tender and easy to chew on. Also Ribeye is cheaper than Filet and less fatty than other cuts and tender. People from wide-range of ages like it.

How long does it last?For Frozen Steaks, it's 3 months ～ 6 months approx. Check the EXPIRATION DATE written on the label on package. For Chilled Block Meat, it's about 10 days if kept in fridge. Cut it and get rid of air as much as possible when wrapping/putting in a bag then

A great dinner
Very flavorful and I much liked the degree of tenderness, it definitely made for a superb dinner at the end of my work day. I don't eat much in the way of carbs, so the main course of meat with some veggies is especially important to me to get a full meal, which this sized steak provides . I definitely will be ordering this again.
Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin Filet Off-cuts (250g)
So good
I loved the flavor and tenderness that I got out of these in the grill and in stews. I know why they’re called “off-cuts”, but it definitely shouldn’t turn you away from how delicious these guys are. Worth it! Yum!

Hamburger delight!
The ground beef was delicious. After purchasing and seeing it, I was looking at the ground beef sold at the market, and there is no comparison in quality looking meat to what I purchased here. A little salt and pepper is all that I added to make an outstanding burger. Very tender beef without a lot of greasy fat.
USDA Choice Rib Fingers / Boneless Rib Meat (500g)
Slow cooked for perfection
Put some bbq sauce in some water and slow cook these babies in the oven for a couple of hours. Then take em out and brush on some more bbq sauce and finish under the grill or on the bbq. Very good.

Despite being a bit fatty this made excellent meatballs for a spicy Italian spaghetti sauce. Dare I say "That's a spicy meat a ball" (apologies for 60s reference).
