It has a layer of fat. If you enjoy some fat as a part of meat, this is perfect for you. Compared to Filet and Ribeye, it is a bit more chewy and tough. If you like chewy and a little bit tough meat, this is also perfect for you.
AStriploin is from the lower back part of cow. It has a good amount of fat and fine tender texture. It is moved decently often which makes the fine and tender texture. Since it has such a good texture, it is often cooked as steak and roast beef.
QHow should I Cook it?
ADepends on how thick it is. But first we recommend slow-cook then sear on high-heat as a finish-up. Searing it on high-heat from the beginning also works and quicker. However, it easily gets tough if you overcook it. Medium-rare is the best.

Great price/performance
My family (2 plus a 4th grader) has one of these every month or a bit more often. We put it in the toaster oven about 21 minutes @ 650W, which gets the internal temp up to the required 49C-50C. Then we sear it on max temp about 90 seconds a side. This isn't what would would be USDA Prime in the US, more like choice, not super-marbled, but still an incredible dinner for 3. We often make a green pepper sauce (au poivre) or have it with a parmesan risotto. I've been buying them for a decade and will keep doing so.

Tasty
Excellent flavor and tender. It was very easy to cut and cook this meat. The flavor was amazing and all my friends believed I was a master chef. I definitely recommend. For steaks, the 2kg piece is better than the 1kg. Easier to cut.
Overall the quality was pretty good but
the cut was not even on some pieces so
one side was alot thicker than the other.
This made it very difficult to cook a medium rare temperature for the entire steak with the thin side well done and the thick side medium rare,
