I used this for beef stew and the meat was not very tender but good enough consider it’s grass-fed.

Gamey and Fatty
The flavour is more gamey than the other grass fed beef from Meat Guy. It’s also very fatty and a little chewy. I bought it for stir fry, and it didn’t work very well for that. For yakiniku, it’s okay.

Love this beef. Japanese markets usually sell mix of pork and beef mainly, so it was great to see amazing grass fed beef. Lucky to grab these on sale. Will be ordering again.
