We were trying our best to make it taste as authentic as possible, but were told that it's "still a bit too spicy" for a "mild" flavor...
So, here you go!
DESCRIPTION
Due to popular demand, The Meat Guy's pulled pork spice is now available!
This is the mild version of the spice (the other one is spicier.)If you want to make some comforting pulled pork at home, but don't know how to do it... Don't worry! It's simple.
Just simmer the pork shoulder for 1-2 hours on medium heat and season with our pulled pork spice!
You can eat it as is, or sandwich it between bread/buns/pita.
※This is only the spice used for our pulled pork meal kit.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Ingredients:pork shoulder 1kg, pulled pork spice, bbq sauce, water 400ml
Use this spice to make delicious pulled pork!
1.Cut the pork into 4 equal parts.
2. After cutting, rub the spice on the meat well, then wrap it in clear wrap and let it rest for about 30mins.-1 hour. (If you don't have time, you can just cook the meat immediately.)
3. After the meat has rested, place the meat in a frying pan or skillet without any gaps in between and add 400 ml of water.
4.Cover and simmer on low to medium heat for about 1.5 to 2 hours. (Occasionally open the lid to check on the meat.)
5.When the water has almost completely evaporated, it's done! Add BBQ sauce to the dish, then loosen the meat with a fork to complete!
*Adjust the amount of BBQ sauce to your liking.
Sandwich it between hotdog/burger buns, or even pita bread!
It's delicious even when it's cold, so it's also great for fresh spring rolls and sandwiches. Also for outdoor picnics!
