-I just ordered from you for the first time and as I am eating these sausages right now, I am back on the site trying to order more! They are that good. I ate mine with just some peppers and onions on a roll, but they are FANTASTIC. Highly recommended

Amazing Juicy BombsThese sausages are amazing. Grilled these on a small Japanese grill and they are bursting with flavor. Literally. There is so much juice that is best to just let them rest for a little after grilling to a golden brown. This will let the juice settle a little and ensure all that flavor is not lost on the plate. Spicy but not overwhelming perfect with any red wine.

Great for Pizza !Bobby2018/07/26Very nice sausage. I cook them up, then par-freeze and then slice thin with a deli slicer. Works very nicely for the pizza topping!
