SERVING SUGGESTION

▼Recommended Way to Cook RAW SAUSAGE
We the best way recommend is Grill or fry on pan! You can enjoy the actual flavor of sausage. When the soft casing stretches out, it is time to eat. Since It is thicker than normal sausage, it might take a while to be done. It's definitely worth waiting for!! Satisfying to see and taste juice when you poke it with fork.

▼Sausage for BBQ?
Some of you might be unfamiliar with the idea. BUT it is a MUST-HAVE for BBQ.
Many of our customers will always bring RAW SAUSAGE for BBQ.

▼Also Good for Breakfast.
You must have sausage for English Breakfast.
If you put scrumbled eggs, bacon, baked beans, mashed potatoes, and SAUSAGE, full-breakfast is done. You can feel like you are in UK.

In Depth

Fresher than our sausages is impossible unless you start stuffing living cows and pigs into casings. Our sausages are processed from the beginning. We take fresh (never frozen) meat, grind it, add natural fresh spices and stuff it into either pork or lamb casings, vacuum pack them and freeze them immediately. Our sausages are not pre-heated or pre-cooked; hence, you need to cook the sausages before eating - but that is very easy and absolutely worth it. Once you go fresh raw meat sausages you will never go back.

All the spices we add are 100% natural spices only and most spices are even ground at our processing plant just shortly before we produce our sausages which adds extra freshness. Please make sure to cook these immediately after thawing. The only way to preserve our sausages up to a whole year is by keeping them frozen.

Thawing

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪

Had these a while back and they made me order more. Very nice sausage. Perfect with some potatoes and veggies of the BBQ.

My wife always tells me to order the Bratwurst beer sausages she has her guiness close by and I serve them up with mashed potatoes, gravy, fried onions and a stack of veggies!
  • Very nice

My neigbour gave me a frozen pack of these a while ago. He uses the meat guy all the time. We ate them yesterday. And indeed very, very good. So just made an account and ordered more and an other selection of sausages. Can't find this stuff at the local max value or lucky.
  • Classic beer bratwursts
    100%
Classic beer bratwursts with minimal processing. Love cooking them up in some beer and finishing them off in the skillet.

They are super juicy and taste great.

I've purchased these before in the past, and they were great, however this time around, these brats were very disappointing. There was no hint of beer at all, as well as no taste of mace or even coriander, which is the typical flavoring of a bratwurst, instead it tasted like the pork was mixed with SPAM meat from a can as its seasoning.

    ビールは飲めない私ですが、コレは美味しいです。ほのかに麦の香りがします。ビール好きの主人はもちろんビール苦手でも大丈夫。とても風味良く気に入りました。

I've enjoyed Brats in Germany and elsewhere, but these are by far the most delicious I've ever tasted.
  • The real deal

I'm very picky about my brats, having been raised on proper fresh brats from a local butcher in Wisconsin (always cooked with onions in Leinenkugel beer!). I'm happy to report these brats more than meet my standard - actually, they are a teensy bit better than the brats I'm used to. My family has requested these on a regular basis, so please, never stop making them!

These were exactly right. I was worried that the craft beer would hide the "brat"-ness, but honestly the beer flavor was very subtle. If you have a craving for a western style cookout, these are a must.
  • The best <3

I can't tell you, as a native Wisconsinite, how happy I am that I can get these babies mailed straight to my house. Wonderful, authentic flavor and they come in perfect 5-sausage packs, which is just the right amount for one meal for our fam of 3.
We usually give them a boil in beer, then a light fry, add them to sauteed sauerkraut and bake for 20 minutes... If I can't be full-body in Wisconsin, at least my mouth can.
These are also a hit during summer bbqs with all the rellies. Again, boiled, grilled, and bun'd with kraut & fixins'... nothing better.

Not your standard Brat! BETTER!! Soaked in craft beer for four hours refrigerated and grilled them up! AMAZING is the word I would use. No pictures, they were eaten before cameras could came out LOL!
