Beer and sausage. Need I say more?

Had these a while back and they made me order more. Very nice sausage. Perfect with some potatoes and veggies of the BBQ.

My wife always tells me to order the Bratwurst beer sausages she has her guiness close by and I serve them up with mashed potatoes, gravy, fried onions and a stack of veggies!

My neigbour gave me a frozen pack of these a while ago. He uses the meat guy all the time. We ate them yesterday. And indeed very, very good. So just made an account and ordered more and an other selection of sausages. Can't find this stuff at the local max value or lucky.

Classic beer bratwursts with minimal processing. Love cooking them up in some beer and finishing them off in the skillet.

They are super juicy and taste great.

I've purchased these before in the past, and they were great, however this time around, these brats were very disappointing. There was no hint of beer at all, as well as no taste of mace or even coriander, which is the typical flavoring of a bratwurst, instead it tasted like the pork was mixed with SPAM meat from a can as its seasoning.

I've enjoyed Brats in Germany and elsewhere, but these are by far the most delicious I've ever tasted.

I'm very picky about my brats, having been raised on proper fresh brats from a local butcher in Wisconsin (always cooked with onions in Leinenkugel beer!). I'm happy to report these brats more than meet my standard - actually, they are a teensy bit better than the brats I'm used to. My family has requested these on a regular basis, so please, never stop making them!

These were exactly right. I was worried that the craft beer would hide the "brat"-ness, but honestly the beer flavor was very subtle. If you have a craving for a western style cookout, these are a must.
