Description
Christmas wouldn't be the same without a roasted pork shoulder. This cut is also known as a pork collar or a Boston Butt (apparently in Boston, then don't know where their butts are located).
Length is about 27cm, Width is about 10cm.
SERVING SUGGESTION
For "real" pulled pork, slow smoke this for 4 - 6 hours, then shred it with a fork, or if you like to cheat a little, throw it a pressure cooker for 30 minutes and mix some of our powdered hickory smoke or barbecue sauce into the pulled pork.

Makes simple and delicious pulled porknako2024/07/15This cut is too large for my pressure cooker, so I slow cooked it on the stove for 7 hours and it turned out great.
I use about 600g of The Meat Guy Hot BBQ Sauce then braise & reduce the final results on a pan. Happy to be a repeat customer for this one. :) -

Cover in All spice and presuure cook for 45 mins (I usually cut the larger pieces into 4-5 smaller ones). Once you unseal it it literally falls apart. Put your own favoirite BBQ sauce in and mix well. Perfect for any occassion and a great seller in my restaurant. -

There's very little trimming needed, and the cut and quality is consistently on point. Season with course ground black pepper and chilli, then low and slow over wood coals for six or seven hours, then wrap and bring it up to final temperature, as needed. Let it rest, then shred away. Perfect pulled-pork every time. No 'sauce' required!!!

デンマークからやってきたうまい肉やまちゃん2019/09/07ローストポーク用のお肉として、ミートガイのこのお肉にたどり着きました。
最初の出会いは楽天市場のミートガイ。訳あり肉5kg詰め合わせにゴロリと入っていたこのお肉でした。いつもの手順で焼き上げましたが、実においしかった。
臭いなど多少の個体差はありますが、失敗はないです。
