Description

If you thought beef couldn't get any more exciting, just wait till you try these! These are our US Beef Short Ribs! 

Though this may be select grade, these short ribs are not short of juicyness or flavor.
If marinated properly, upon tasting, these babies will bring tears to your eyes.

These are cut from a chunk of meat around 2.5kg~3kg, carefully handled one by one into 500g short rib slices. 


Serving Suggestion

Make your own "fall off the bone" short ribs by adding a simple cut to the tendon and then firing them up on on the grill. The meat becomes a lot easier to to devour, properly satisfying your carnivorous needs. The Meat Guy recommends you eat aleast 3 of these today a day. 


◆Simply Grill

With a dash of salt and pepper(You can also use our Stake Spice!), throw them on the grill and cook to your desired doneness!


◆American Style

You know we couldn't forget the BBQ sauce.
Apply some of our Original Meat Guy BBQ sauce before grilling
As you grill, continue to apply bbq sauce to all sides of the meat.

This'll give you that "finger licking" goodness I talked about earlier.

Be careful not to burn them!
