If you thought beef couldn't get any more exciting, just wait till you try these! These are our US Beef Short Rib Cuts. They go great with a marinade! Though these are the leftover cuts, 0 flavor is lost. In between the bones is juicy meat packed with that flavor. Throw them on any bbq and we promise you'll be licking your fingers for days! These are "bone-in" and thus will shrink a little when heat is applied.
Make your own "fall off the bone" short ribs by adding a simple cut to the tendon and then firing them up on on the grill. The meat becomes a lot easier to to devour, properly satisfying your carnivorous needs. The Meat Guy recommends you eat aleast 3 of these today a day.
With a dash of salt and pepper（You can also use our Stake Spice!), throw them on the grill and cook to your desired doneness!
