This duck breast is a known as duck magret and is probably the best duck breast you will ever eat in your life.
Twice as big as a regular duck breast, this is from the Moulard breed of ducks specifically raised for their liver to make foie gras. Ducks from this breed have a deeper and richer flavor than other duck breasts and because of the way they are raised, there's a thick layer of luxurious fat. This is perfect for roasting or even cooking like a steak like any other red meat.
By the way, duck meat is also a great source of protein, vitamins, and other good stuff.
As with any poultry, there's always the chance that duck harbors harmful bacteria. But cooking duck is different than cooking chicken and turkey because it's actually a red meat. So even though duck is categorized as poultry, it's usually served rosy pink inside.
We would recommend you to cook them side down in a hot frying pan until golden brown. Cabbage and roasted veggies work great as a side dish!

It was a really nice cut, and I'll definitely order it again in the future, even though I think the ""delivery charge"" and handling fees are quite excessive. The overall ordering process was easy and flawless, however.
