Great lightly pan-friedWe tend to cook these medium-rare to rare in the pan with just some pepper and salt rubbed in. Not quite as tender as the fillet steaks but still great beef and a reasonable price.

Ribeye deliciousThis was a wonderful steak, one of the best that I have ever had. Cooked up with some onions, garlic, and mushrooms, the taste was sublime. Cool if it came on sale often.
