DESCRIPTION
The Meat Guy's ready-to-cook french-style Pork Orloff roast. Now in an easy-to-cook size! (2-3 servings.)
We use our own Austrian smoked bacon and gouda cheese and our own spices.
Everything is hand-made at our facilities in Nagoya, Japan.
It will be delivered already seasoned and frozen, so all you have to do is thaw and bake!
This is great for home parties or Sunday roast!

SERVING SUGGESTION
It takes about a day to thaw in the refrigerator.
Be sure to bring the meat to room temperature before roasting it, then roast in an oven that's been preheated to 180℃. Roast for about 40 minutes. The strength of the heat will vary depending on the manufacturer of your oven, so please adjust the cooking time accordingly.
Once done, loosely cover the roast with aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 min for juicier and tender meat. After letting it rest, just slice and serve! You can sprinkle some more cheese on top to make it even cheesier!
This roast will fit in any standard-sized oven!

The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat.

うまい!ぺる2023/11/25焼き時間が長いので、オーブンで一緒にポテトなども焼くと、どっちもがちょうどいい感じに仕上がってごちそう感がアップ↑↑↑します。
とにかく焼くだけでうまいです。
2人でぺろっと食べきれますが、少し残った時は薄く切ってドッグに挟んだり、角切りにして野菜と炒めても、いい一品になります。

古いオーブンレンジなので中まで焼くのにちょっと苦労しました。
でもその間のんびり待つだけ!チーズがとろけだすので、早く中まで火よ通れ~とソワソワしました。
味は文句なしに美味しいです!豚肉が全然硬くならずジューシー。子供には味が濃い目だったけど、祖父母やお酒のおつまみには好評でした!お試しには良い量でした。

Pleasantly surprisedJeremy2023/01/12I mean, how surprised can you be when it's pork, bacon and cheese? Followed the instructions and it came out perfect. Be sure to read the thawing instructions, we didn't realize just how much time was needed to thaw and were saved by having something come up and needing to wait a day to cook it.
We got this as part of the Christmas pack, but I'm thinking to order it again on its own. Maybe full-size next time because the half-size didn't last long.
