※We used block meat for this video. In this product, PORK SHOULDER is already CUT and 250g. You need to adjust the cooking time-length.
PULLED PORK RECIPE
DIRECTION
Rub Spice into meat. Wrap and sit it for 30min. to 1 hr.(If you are in a hurry, you can start cooking it now)
Fill Frying pan or Skillet with spiced meat, and add 150-200ml of Water.
Set the heat at Low~Mid. Place lid on pan then cook for 1hr.~1hr30min. (Check inside some times)
Once water is almost gone, add BBQ sauce, and shred meat. It's DONE!
(※Pour BBQ sauce little by little, don't pour too much!)
