Apply some of our Original Meat Guy BBQ sauce before grilling
As you grill, continue to apply bbq sauce to all sides of the meat.
This'll give you that "finger licking" goodness
Be careful not to burn them!
Remember, the key is to have a good balance of red in the meat.

After thawing, with a good helping of our special seasonings and BBQ sauce, slap these babies on the grill!
Just like the short ribs, continue to apply sauce throughout the BBQ process for that finger licking goodness.
All you need to do for the perfect hamburger:
1. Cut buns open and lay, cut side down, on grill.
2. Cook until lightly toasted (30 seconds to 1 minute.should be enough).
(Alternatively you can roast them on top of your toaster too!)
3. Spread your favorite sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, BBQ sauce...) on bun bottoms.
4. Add lettuce, tomato, patty, onion, spices ...
5. Set bun tops in place.
