SERVING SUGGESTIONS
1. Grass-fed Beef Striploin Block 1kg
This one's a big block of meat, so you can easily cut it up into individual steaks!
2.PORK SHOULDER CUBES 250g
Use this for sweet & sour pork, curry, or pork skewers!
3. Chocolate Brownie 42.5g x 2pcs.
Heat in the microwave for about 15 seconds before eating to bring out the aroma of chocolate. These are great for a quick snack! Top it off with some ice cream or whipped cream for additional style points.
4. Original Sausage 80g x 5 pcs. (English sausages)
The Meat Guy recommends grilling or frying these babies! These are already delicious as is after cooking. Cook until the casing is stretched. It'll take longer than the usual Japanese sausages, but it's well worth the wait!
5. Grass-fed Beef Ribeye Steak 270g
We recommend seasoning with The Meat Guy's original steak spice and cooking until medium rare!
6. Original "Real" Barbecue Sauce【HOT】S-Size (370g)
-Mix with ketchup for a “Kansas City” style sauce.-Mix with mustard for “Carolina” style.-Add vinegar and cayenne powder for a great wing sauce.-Try it with soy sauce as a yaki-niku tare*keep away from children and pets you don’t plan on eating.
7.US Beef Short Rib Slices 500g
Though this may be select grade, these short ribs are not short of juicyness or flavor. If marinated properly, upon tasting, these babies will bring tears to your eyes.

Great Feb. 1 meat box: the barbecue sauceCaintuck2024/02/08Gender: MaleAge: Over 60I'm totally satisfied with the contents of the meat box. We've eaten the ribeye, two of the sausages, and the brownies. All were delicious!
The barbecue sauce is described as, "Thick, Hot, and Smokin'', and indeed it is all three for sure––the standard for many BBQ sauces. We used the sauce on some pork chops the other day. However, being originally from Kentucky USA, I prefer thinner "less smokin'" vinegar-based sauces, which are popular in the USA South, especially North and South Carolina. Perhaps the Meat Guy can concoct a vinegar-based sauce* as an alternative. Just a thought.
* I make my own versions of vinegar-based BBQ sauces, but folks unfamiliar with such sauces might like to see such a product available from the Meat Guy.
