目当てはラムとビーフだったのですが、鶏が想像以上に美味しくて嬉しい驚き！
本当にフライパンで普通に焼いて付属のスパイスを掛けただけで濃厚な鶏の旨みが出ました。
オリジナルスパイスが香り高く、日本ではあまり食べたことのない良い意味で癖のある風味で食欲をそそります。
レシピを見て注文したのですが、今は鴨肉は無くなったのかな？
お値段もう少し高くても良いので、そちらもセットだとより良いかもと思いました。

お家で本場の味が楽しめます！たこら2023/08/09欧米人も認める、本場の味でした。
鶏肉はBBQ前日に玉ねぎのすりおろしとかで仕込みをしておくと、柔らかく美味しく食べられます。
また牛ヒレステーキはBBQではなく、後日フライパンで弱火でゆっくりレアまで調理し、ホイルで包んで余熱で休ませたら、脂肪が少ないのに柔らかくて絶品なステーキでした。
日本国内では、安心しておいしく食べられる、ホルモン剤不使用やグラスフェッドの肉が貴重なのでありがたいです。
またソーセージも、欧米人が喜ぶ本場のきちんとしたものでとてもおいしかったです。
ぜひまた利用させていただきます。
