Description
Fantastic little loin cutlets, we cut them thick so they stay meaty if you plan on pounding them out. One package has two cutlets and weighs 250 grams.
Veal is an excellent source of protein and a good source of niacin, zinc, and vitamin B12 and B6. Also, it's low in calories and holds some very convincing health benefits.
Serving Suggestion
All you need is a sprinkle of our steak spice - for the ones who would like it more natural: Our sea salt.
You can substitute veal for other meats in your favorite recipes. It is not only delicious and nutritious but also easy to prepare.
It can be sautéed, stir-fried, braised, stewed, grilled or broiled. But regardless of how you choose to prepare your veal, keep one thought in mind: “The key to veal is not to overcook.” – Executive Chef, Ritz-Carlton Dining Room, Boston
Thawing
The thawing time depends on many factors such as size, weight, packaging, and type of meat. Please refer to our thawing chart ≫here≪

POUNDED OUT GREATFrank Sheeran2022/09/07I've been buying veal at a high-end Tokyo grocery catering to the gaijin contingent but I couldn't pound it much thinner. Since I buy so much every month from the Meat Guy I decided to try this veal here. It pounded out as thin as I wanted for Veal Parmesan, maybe a 16cm circle, or so? I also use veal in Zurich-style Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (veal and champignons in a cream sauce) with Rösti, and I'm sure it will be fine in that too.

Tender and delicious!Eleanor Carson2021/09/20I usually buy grass-fed beef or game, but tried this because it was on sale. I was surprised about how tender it was - you could cut it with a fork. I tried half as-is and half with the Meat Guy`s steak sauce - both were excellent! Highly recommended!
