You may know deer meat for it's strong, almost untamed flavor. But it's likely you never thought about putting that delicious stuff in a sausage, right? These sausages contain almost nothing but the characteristic, rich venison flavour.
Welcome our newcomer, the Venison (Deer) Sausage! Venison loin meat mixed with pork back fat for juiciness and various natural spices, that's it. It's very likely you won't find any product as natural as that one throughout Japan!
Packed raw, comes frozen.
4 sausages per pack. Total of 260g.
After thawing, simmer the raw sausages for about 15 minutes in hot 80 degrees Celcius water until they change color and are slightly firm to the touch, then sear in a frying pan until sausage casing is gold-brown. Surely the classic charcoal or gas grill is the ultimate cooking method for an extra wild flavor at your next BBQ party!
Deer is very healthy and good for your body they say, so eating like 5-10kg a day sounds about right.
