These ribs with The Meat Guy's Real BBQ Sauce are absolutely fantastic! I steamed them for about 35 minutes and brushed them with BBQ Sauce and finished them in the fish broiler! Definitely doing that again!

You can BBQ these, or pressure cook them to soft heaven. Use the Meat Guy BBQ sauce in a pressure cooker and then make a gravy of it for the ribs after. Also good braised.

Very tasty ribs as far as flavor goes, but I think I let them go for too long and they seemed to dry out a little. I'll have to give these baby backs another try since I have a proper grill now. They just weren't as succulent as the St. Louis style ribs that I'm used to.

I cook these in my little rice cooker with a little water (about 1/2 cup) and they turn out perfectly. Best cooked with The Meat Guy`s Barbecue Sauce. This is my favorite meal to celebrate anything!
