I have to say I hadn't eaten ribs much before but these worked out great and were good value. I would definitely order these again.

We cook these up in the pressure cooker. Add some rub, seasoning and in the pot they go with other goodies. Finish them off in the oven smothered in BBQ sauce. Give them a rest and you have yourself a delicious messy meal. Can’t recommend these enough. Get them in bulk in the sales!! Buy, eat and repeat.

I've ordered these multiple times. When they're on sale on meat days, I DEFINITELY get them. They come without the film on the back that some ribs require you to remove before cooking, which is great! Super easy to cook in an instant pot as well. The meat just falls off the bone.

I have bought these several times now as this is the only place I can find baby backs instead of spare ribs. Love em!
How could anyone NOT give these 5 stars!?

I must confess, I have developed an excellent technique for doing a standard rack of ribs in an oven at home in Japan, much to the delight of everyone. But when circumstances do not permit that, I always go for THESE! Again, much to the delight of everyone. In this case, if you do not have a good technique for doing ribs the usual way then you can totally rely on these. Just don`t over roast or grill them. (Any pro rib-master will tell you that fall-off-the-bone tender means they are too well done.)
