中華で有名な毛沢東スペアリブにしてみました。
小ぶりなご対応サイズが食べやすくグッドです。またリピートしたいです。

小ぶりな分焼き時間は短くしてOK
コストコ等で売っているバックリブ（1kg前後）よりも小ぶりなので蓋付きBBQグリルで同じ温度同じ時間焼いてしまうとオーバークックとなり、柔らか過ぎる上にジューシーさも無くなってしまいます。
焼き方は人それぞれですが大きさに合った適度な時間と方法で焼くと美味しく焼き上がります。
