うまく焼けた肉がそんなに厚く無かったので、分厚いステーキと薄めのステーキの焼き方をネットで検索して、イメージを作ってから焼きました。筋切りは過剰な程にやっておくと、筋脂身部分も取り除く必要がなく、美味しく食べられました。
