Surpisinly tenderI always gravitate to the steaks with some fat in them because I thought that made them tender. I was wrong. Filets are soft and wonderful. We cooked them on coals and I fell in love. I will buy them again when they are on sale. Thank you.

美味しくて何度もリピート日曜日のランチメニューです。さいころステーキに切って、ステーキ皿でパパっと焼いています。柔らかくてとっても美味しいです。小さいと焼きやすく、最後にバターを少しのせて、食卓へ。フランスパンのガーリックバター焼きとサラダとビールで幸せ！！
