Hot is rightSince andouille is no longer offered I tried this in my beans and rice and gumbo. The flavor is strong but works well in both meals. I've also grilled and eating alone as a side with beer and a movie

My kind of HOTI used these sausages in a spaghetti and it was AWESOME! I love spicy sausages and these are really one of a kind. Haven’t tasted anything like these in my three decades in Japan!

WOW, these are hotthey are not kidding, these are RED HOT!! sausage's. Too hot for me but I am sure those that like spicy hot dogs, will love these.

激辛が好きな人、集まれ〜！とにかく辛いっ！！！でも辛いだけでなく肉の旨味もしっかり主張してます。とりわけ激辛が好きな人は病みつきになるかも！

しっかり辛い大丈夫です、生命の危険を感じる手前くらいの、一般的な辛党さんなら大満足、サドンデス超級の激辛ソースを常備している激辛好きさんでも辛さを辛さと感じられる程度には十分に辛いです。但し、辛さの元に使用しているであろうトウガラシの抽出油の風味の癖が強めで、ソーセージ全体としての風味には改良の余地もあります。せっかく生肉と冷凍技術を併用して販売される製品なので、激辛の素もぜひ生の激辛トウガラシをトウガラシの風味にもこだわった改良版のアルティメット・ホット・ソーセージへ進化する日を楽しみにしています。なお、ケーシングの都合、食べるときにはナイフを用意して一口ごとカットして食べるとよいです。

Absolutely the BEST thing I've ever ordered from The Meat GuyThese sausages are HOT. If you like spicy food like I do, you will LOVE them. In Japan, it's not so easy to find foods that are actually "burn your ass" hot, but these are and are worth your money. Flavorful, easy to cook right, and if you order anything from this site, it should be these. Enjoy!

Hot Hot Hot!First off, thank you for producing some REAL sausages, I haven't been able to find anything like these anywhere in Japan.
If you're a lover of spicy food, this sausage is for you. Lovely flavour with a big hit of spicy, not for the faint hearted.
I eat spicy food all the time, but these sausages, I only ate one and a half! My husband couldn't finish the other one!
