Description
If you like lamb meat you will certainly love them. These were inspired by a popular Moroccan style sausage that we then put our own Meat Guy twist to. We use real highest quality Harissa (from France) - a type of chilli paste to flavor and make them very tasty and give them a beautiful reddish colour.
If you are into real hot spicy types of things we recommend adding harissa to your basket, use it as a dip for the sausages. You love lamb sausages but don't want spicy? The less spicy and mint flavored type which is popular in Spain and Portugal is our "Lamb Sausage - Herb". Find it under the "recommended items" below.
Serving Suggestion
