Description

"Spanish Soft Salami Sausage 170g (Fuet Extra / White Mold)" - Spanish Dry-Cured Soft Sausage with White Mold (similar to salami). Best served with wine or beer. 

We put ground pork into casing (pork intestine) then add white mold outside. After that, we dry it and age it.  

The best complement to wine or beer. Each time you chew it, the rich flavor of pork will spread in your mouth.

    パンチェッタみたいな、軽い酸味のある濃い旨み。
    包丁でうんと薄く切っても、噛みごたえとにじみ出てくる旨みがあります。
    ケーシングも本物なので噛むと美味しいw 今沢山出ている、いわゆるソフトサラミに慣れた方には好き嫌いがあるかもしれませんね。生ハムの独特の酸味が苦手な方もいますから。好きな方にはコスパもいいし、お勧めです。
