Description

"Saucisson au sec" - Produced in the French Bretagne and carefully selected for your pleasure! 

This type of French sausage is typically made of pork. It has the full meaty flavor but less fat. The salami is mildly covered which results in especially good taste.


SERVING SUGGESTION

Best served as finger food. Add some red wine and grapes for the perfect french atmosphere. Bon Appétit!

硬いですがカチカチではありません。
パンチェッタみたいな、軽い酸味のある濃い旨み。
包丁でうんと薄く切っても、噛みごたえとにじみ出てくる旨みがあります。
ケーシングも本物なので噛むと美味しいw 今沢山出ている、いわゆるソフトサラミに慣れた方には好き嫌いがあるかもしれませんね。生ハムの独特の酸味が苦手な方もいますから。好きな方にはコスパもいいし、お勧めです。
