Flour tortillas are very soft and have a neutral sweetish flavor.
Serving Suggestion
These have a much milder original taste than their counterparts made of yellow corn. Try using these when you want a soft texture or when you want the flavors in the filling to really shine. Here are some ideas:

・Quesadilla
・Enchilada
・Mexican tortilla soup and pizza

Finally!
These tortillas thaw quickly, peel apart easily without tearing and hold up to a decent amount of fillings. The package reseals with a ziplock so there's no messing around plastic wrap. We toast them up lightly over a flame and use them for tacos and small size burritos. Too many of my tortilla experiences in Japan, until now, have been that they taste like freezer or are dry and brittle. NOT SO with these. Good quality flour tortillas are here!

ミートガイのソーセージをラップして食べようと購入。
昼食に玉ねぎ薄切り、サルサソースでラップして
食べました。
パンでホットドッグ風もいいですが、ソーセージと
トルティーヤの歯ごたえ、食感がたまりません。
どっちみち１０枚全部食べる予定だったし
剥がすのが難しそうに思えたので、丸ごと
電子レンジで解凍、暖めました。
レンジ加温では丁度良いやわらかさ。
オーブントースターで焼くとクリスピーな硬さになります。
チーズ、ベーコン他乗せて平らに焼くとピザ風に
なりそうで、色々楽しみです。
